Obiettivi
Al termine del corso, sarai in grado di:
✅ Analizzare e risolvere problemi relativi a SIP, H.323 e ai protocolli multimediali
✅ Implementare instradamenti in base all’orario, parcheggio chiamate, pickup e conferenze Meet-Me
✅ Gestire la copertura delle chiamate in Cisco Unified Communications Manager
✅ Configurare e risolvere problemi di Device Mobility, Extension Mobility e Unified Mobility
✅ Implementare Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express per telefoni SIP
✅ Implementare l’instradamento globalizzato delle chiamate tra cluster Cisco Unified Communications Manager
✅ Implementare MGCP fallback e SRST in Cisco Unified CM e nei gateway Cisco IOS XE
✅ Configurare il controllo dell’ammissione delle chiamate (Call Admission Control) e il routing alternativo automatico (AAR)
✅ Gestire le chiamate tramite URI all’interno e tra cluster Cisco Unified CM
✅ Diagnosticare e risolvere problemi in ambienti multisito con Cisco Unified CM
✅ Configurare il servizio Intercluster Lookup Service (ILS) e abilitare la replica del piano di numerazione globale (GDPR)
✅ Configurare e risolvere problemi su Cisco Unified Border Element
Prerequisiti
Per affrontare il corso con successo, è consigliabile avere familiarità con:
- Utilizzo dei browser web e competenze informatiche generali
- Concetti base di networking
- Fondamenti di voce e video su IP
- Codec audio e loro utilizzo nella conversione della voce analogica in digitale
- Comandi di base di Cisco IOS XE
- Architettura delle soluzioni Cisco Collaboration
- Configurazione e gestione di Cisco Unified CM, inclusi parametri di servizio, gruppi CM e pool di dispositivi
- Implementazione e troubleshooting di telefoni IP in Cisco Unified CM
- Protocolli di segnalazione per telefoni IP: SIP, H.323, MGCP e SCCP
- Gestione della qualità del traffico (QoS) su reti IP convergenti
- Configurazione del piano di numerazione in Cisco Unified CM
- Implementazione di strategie di prevenzione delle frodi telefoniche
- Gestione dell’accesso alla rete telefonica PSTN tramite gateway Cisco
- Distribuzione e gestione delle risorse multimediali in Cisco Unified CM
- Strumenti di reporting e manutenzione come RTMT, DRS e CDR
